Our return policy

We stand by the quality of our home products. To ensure a clear and fair process for everyone, please note our key return policy highlights: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Card). Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with verifiable manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, disliking the product, or a "change of mind". Furthermore, no claim will be entertained without a clear, 360-degree unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse, as we do not provide reverse pickup.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days, which includes a final quality check.

  • Tampered Parcels: If the parcel appears tampered with, open, or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to REFUSE acceptance and immediately inform our support team. Accepting a tampered parcel voids your right to a claim.

  • Shipping Charges:
